Over the past 5 years, I have tutored students in grades K-12 in Queens and on Long Island. I have helped them succeed in various subjects and prepare for exams of various types. Regents, High School Entrance, and (most recently), Common Core. For the past 11 years, until the present, I've worked as a Special Education Teacher grades K-12 in NYC.

Hobbies

Outside of work I spend my time with my family and writing- my other two passions. I write a weekly school newspaper, my own personal stories, and with my family, I continually create unique videos, using footage we take at different destinations- and the stories we write. I always incorporate fun - and the emphasis of family - into the learning and teaching experiences that I share.
