Graduate of SUNY Old Westbury, English Major (4.0 in area of study, 3.65 overall including math, science, et cetera). I wrote my senior thesis on Sylvia Plath. I worked closely with my mentor on the literary magazine, and am a member of the honor society, Sigma Tau Delta. Currently enrolled in a Master's Program at Mercy College.
Experience
I have worked with kids of all ages and I love being instrumental to someone's learning experience. I had an amazing teacher in 5th grade who got me more interested in English and Creativity than I was before. I want to use my time as a tutor to bring that joy and light into someone else's heart. I have worked as a proofreader and editor for the past two years, and learned a LOT about syntax, grammar, and more. I enjoyed my time at this company, but I want to give back to the community.

Yoga, Writing, Reading, Researching. I also enjoy crafting, listening to music, and television - I like watching shows and thinking of episodes I could write for them. I daydream a lot about writing my stories, and I plan to become a professor. If I could do anything in life, I would be a traveling mentor who opens people's minds and eyes to the possibilities of the world. I am a humanitarian.
